On the Road - Nancy US Tour 2016 (01)

 Nancy has just arrived to the USA and she's ready to blend in its culture as much as possible!

 She starts her 2016 US tour in Atlanta, visiting some old good friends!

 It's great to spend the evenings porching in a rocking chair...

it's the Southern Way!

But to become a good american cityzen you need to have a real american breakfast every morning!

 Nancy explores the Georgia countryside with her friends

They take her to amazing waterfalls

 and to a rock mountain turned into a sculpture

It's great to be photrogaphed in front of such an impressive landscape!

 She also visits the most famous bars in Atlanta

and enjoys the best burger in town!

 But Nancy has read in Kerouak books that the Road is Life!

So she buys and old Ford pick-up and drives towards Denver, Colorado, 

where the real West begins!

 When she arrives to Colorado she hikes in the Rocky Mountains...

 She climbs the highest peaks

and meets its wildest inhabitants...

 ...who seem to be very curious about her...

Nancy also attends to a concert in the mythical Red Rocks Amphitheater!

 Next Stop: Golden, the capital of the Gold Miners! 

 Where the original Hipsters where born!

 This is beginning of the Mighty Wild West,

 so it's important to find a good gun, avalaible at any town General Shop!

She's finally ready to experience the Gold Rush!

While waiting for the gold nuggets to appear floating in the Golden river,
Nancy tries hard to find an excuse to use her new revolver...

but all the pleople she meets is inofensive and kind to her!

So finally she decides to get rid of her gun and just relax having one Coors,

 the most famous beer bewed in Colorado!

Nowt it's time to leave Colorado and look for new adventures:

Nancy hitchhikes and has a lucky strike:

an authentic Harley-Davidson biker picks her up and drives her to...

The Mediterranean Way

The Smell of Pineta

 More than 30 years ago Nancy used to spend her summers in Pineta,

a small and beautiful valley in the Huesca Pyrenees 

This summer she has decided to go back to remember those wonder years...

This is the summer camp house!

It has not changed a bit!

But Nancy has not come alone to Pineta Valley...

She has brought her niece Lesly with her so she can know also this beautiful place

Look Lesly! these are the kids of this years' summer camp!

They look like they are having a great time!!!

 So what do you think about this place, Lesly?

 Would you like to come next year to the summer camp?

If you do, you will have to come to the river every morming to clean yoursef, Lesly!

 And  from time to time you may even have a little surprise!

 Come with me to explore the area so you get conviced that this is the best place in earth to spend your summer!!!

 Well... I don't know if I will like to be here, Aunt Nancy!

This  place is full of bugs and there is not a single Mc Donalds in the area!!!

Don't worry about the bugs, they will not kill you!

You just walk and enjoy the landscape, Lesly!

 Don't you think is great here?!?

 We just have to sit and wait for the Von Trapp Family to appear!

 Ok, Aunt, I have to admit that is not that bad as I expected...

 If you are thisty, you just have to go to the river and full your canteen bottle!

 This is the purest water you can find in earth!

 Fresh and clean, you can't compare this to the water you find in your swimmingpool or in the crowded beaches!

Well, I think that maybe I could come back next summer to give this Pineta Valley a second chance...

And Do you know what is the best of it all, Lesly?

The Mountains Smell... I'm sure you will never forget it!
